Course Contract

1. Course Enrollment & Commitment

Enrollment in any multi‑week TAG Arts Guild course requires full payment for the complete series at the time of registration. Each class builds upon the previous one, and consistent attendance is essential for student progress. By enrolling, you agree to participate in the full duration of the course. See Enrollment Policies.

2. Payment & Refunds

Course fees are non‑refundable once the course begins. If you need to withdraw before Week 1, you may request a credit toward a future course of equal value. Credits are issued at the discretion of TAG Arts Guild and must be used within one calendar year. For questions about payment or credits, please review the Course Policies.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

Students are expected to arrive on time and attend all scheduled sessions. Missed classes cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited, and course pacing cannot be adjusted for individual absences. If you anticipate a conflict, please notify the instructor in advance through your confirmation email. See Attendance Guidelines.

4. Materials & Preparedness

Students are responsible for bringing all required materials, tools, and supplies as listed in the course description. TAG Arts Guild may provide supplemental tools for in‑studio use, but availability is not guaranteed. Please review the Materials List before Week 1.

5. Studio Safety & Conduct

TAG Arts Guild maintains a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. Students must follow all studio safety guidelines, including proper tool handling, workspace etiquette, and professional communication. The instructor reserves the right to dismiss any student without refund if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. This policy protects the wellbeing and learning experience of all participants. For details, see Studio Safety Guidelines.

6. Instructor Authority

The instructor may adjust course content, pacing, or demonstrations as needed to support the group’s learning. The instructor may also decline projects that are unsafe, unrealistic for the course level, or outside the scope of instruction. Learn more under Instructional Scope.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, demonstrations, handouts, and instructional content are the intellectual property of TAG Arts Guild. Students may use these materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or teach them commercially without written permission. See Intellectual Property Policy.

8. Photography & Documentation

TAG Arts Guild may document classes for educational or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor at the first session. Review the Media Policy.

9. Health & Accessibility

Students should inform the instructor of any accessibility needs, physical limitations, or learning considerations prior to the first class. TAG Arts Guild will make reasonable accommodations whenever possible. Share your needs through the Accessibility Form.

10. Agreement

By enrolling in a TAG Arts Guild course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Course Contract. You also agree to uphold studio safety, respect shared tools and materials, and participate in a manner that supports the learning environment. Access the Course Contract anytime.
