Studio Policies

1. Learning Environment

TAG Arts Guild maintains a professional, inclusive, and couture‑aligned learning environment. Students are expected to uphold a respectful studio culture, support their peers, and engage with the work at a focused, intentional pace. See Studio Conduct.

2. Attendance & Punctuality

Consistent attendance is essential for skill development in multi‑week courses. Students must arrive on time and remain for the full duration of each session. Missed classes cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited, and course pacing cannot be adjusted for individual absences. Review Attendance Guidelines.

3. Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Course fees are non‑refundable once the course begins. Withdrawals before Week 1 may be eligible for a credit toward a future course of equal value, issued at the discretion of TAG Arts Guild and valid for one calendar year. See Payment Policies.

4. Materials & Preparedness

Students are responsible for bringing all required materials, tools, and supplies as listed in the course description. TAG Arts Guild may provide supplemental tools for in‑studio use, but availability is not guaranteed. Please review the Materials List before Week 1.

5. Studio Safety

Safety is a core value of TAG Arts Guild. Students must follow all safety guidelines, including proper tool handling, workspace etiquette, and machine operation. Unsafe behavior, disregard for instructions, or actions that endanger others may result in dismissal without refund. See Safety Guidelines.

6. Instructor Authority

The instructor may adjust course content, pacing, demonstrations, or project scope to support the group’s learning. Projects that are unsafe, unrealistic for the course level, or outside the scope of instruction may be declined. Learn more under Instructional Scope.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, demonstrations, handouts, and instructional content are the intellectual property of TAG Arts Guild. Students may use these materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or teach them commercially without written permission. See Intellectual Property Policy.

8. Photography & Documentation

TAG Arts Guild may document classes for educational or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor at the first session. Review the Media Policy.

9. Health & Accessibility

Students should share any accessibility needs, physical limitations, or learning considerations prior to the first class. TAG Arts Guild will make reasonable accommodations whenever possible. Submit your needs through the Accessibility Form.

10. Course Contract

All students must review and agree to the TAG Arts Guild Course Contract before enrolling. Agreement is collected through a required checkbox in the Acuity intake form. Read the Course Contract.

11. Contact
