Course Policies
1. Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment in any multi‑week TAG Arts Guild course requires full payment at the time of booking. Each course is designed as a complete series, and students are expected to participate in the full duration of the program. See Enrollment Policies.
2. Payment & Credits
Course fees are non‑refundable once the course begins. Withdrawals before Week 1 may be eligible for a credit toward a future course of equal value. Credits are issued at the discretion of TAG Arts Guild and must be used within one calendar year. Review Payment Policies.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Missed classes cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited. Course pacing cannot be adjusted for individual absences, and make‑up sessions are not offered. See Attendance Guidelines.
4. Course Structure & Pacing
TAG Arts Guild courses follow a structured, sequential curriculum. Each session builds upon the last, and students are expected to keep pace with the group. The instructor may adjust demonstrations, content, or sequencing to support collective learning. Learn more under Instructional Scope.
5. Materials & Supplies
Students are responsible for bringing all required materials, tools, and supplies as listed in the course description. TAG Arts Guild may provide supplemental tools for in‑studio use, but availability is not guaranteed. Please review the Materials List before Week 1.
6. Studio Safety & Conduct
Students must follow all studio safety guidelines, including proper tool handling, workspace etiquette, and professional communication. Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal without refund. See Safety Guidelines.
7. Project Approval
The instructor may decline projects that are unsafe, unrealistic for the course level, or outside the scope of instruction. This ensures a safe, focused, and productive learning environment. Review Instructional Scope.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, demonstrations, handouts, and instructional content are the intellectual property of TAG Arts Guild. Students may use these materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or teach them commercially without written permission. See Intellectual Property Policy.
9. Photography & Documentation
TAG Arts Guild may document classes for educational or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor at the first session. Review the Media Policy.
10. Accessibility & Accommodations
Students should share any accessibility needs, physical limitations, or learning considerations prior to the first class. TAG Arts Guild will make reasonable accommodations whenever possible. Submit your needs through the Accessibility Form.
11. Course Contract Agreement
All students must review and agree to the TAG Arts Guild Course Contract before enrolling. Agreement is collected through a required checkbox in the Acuity intake form. Read the Course Contract.
12. Contact
